We offer Free Flat-Rate Standard Shipping on U.S. orders when shipping to the lower 48 states. Our standard shipping offer is excluded on Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders. Flat-Rate standard shipping includes multiple items place in one order.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping and we will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide you with the option to specify your carrier of choice or express delivery.

Shipping Department Business Hours and Cut-Off Times:


Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 8am to 2pm Eastern Time.

Orders confirmed after 12:00 pm EST will begin processing the next available business day (unless placed on hold). Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times begin when the order is shipped from our facilities or affiliate warehouse and do not include additional processing time. Please expect delays during the holidays. UrbnStylez is not responsible for carrier’s delays.

Out of Stock Items:

Unfortunately at times we have out of stock items. When this occasion arises please note you will not be billed for the out of stock merchandise. Your account will only be billed for the merchandise that has been shipped. If you have any questions you are more than welcomed to contact our Customer Service Center.

Undeliverables Orders:

In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverables, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Order:

UrbnStylez provides tracking information for every package shipped. It is out of our control If a carrier looses or misplaces a package. Our customer service representatives are always here to help attempt to recover the package, however we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once we deliver the package to the carrier.

 

Orders on Hold:

In the event your order was flagged as possible fraud, we may place the order on hold. If your order was placed on hold, we may or may not contact you by email and/or phone to verify. This depends on your order history and presets of our fraud-detection systems. To verify an order to be shipped, We reserve the right to refuse business and may cancel orders we suspect to be fraud at any given time. Shipping times begin when the order is shipped from our facilities and do not include time for process and handling.

Orders canceled which were not placed fraudulently:

Returns & Refunds

We want to make your buying experience at Urbnstylez enjoyable. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item purchased, we are more than willing to meet your needs with a refund.

All customers have 14 days (mail date) to return items.

All returns must physically be in the warehouse by the 30th day, from date of purchase. Please plan your shipment according. Any returnable items past the 30th day are deemed non-returnable and will not be accepted. All returnable items must have the tags on them, and must not appear to have been washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and make-up unless they were sent by mistake or damaged.

Refunds will be issued the same way they were paid (either credit card or credit through reward points or promo codes). Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund(s) to be reflected on your account.

PROMO CODES/SPECIAL OFFERS

Online promotion discounts are applied and distributed across all eligible items in your purchase. If you return a portion of your purchase a portion of the discount may be be lost. All Promo codes expire in 30 days from the date it was issued.

RETURN FORM & PROTOCOL:

You can access our printable Return Form from your account or by email. Please print and fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Return Forms filled out with incorrect or missing information may delay your refund.

Packaging your items for returns:

– Step 1: Place your items and completed Return Form in a secure package removing or
covering any labels.

SHIPPING FEES ON RETURNS:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items: In the event an order is shipped with defective, damaged or incorrect items please contact our Customer Service (9am-4pm) EST. It’s important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we can assist you with return shipping fees. If you don’t contact us first, you’ll be responsible for all return shipping charges.

REFUNDS: In the event a refund is requested, it will be issued minus original shipping costs.

Damaged Items – Any damaged items, missing items, lost or stolen packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Any issues with a order not reported within this time frame will not be rectified. Please track your packages and contact us as soon as possible with any discrepancies

Return Labels – If you receive a return label for a damaged item please note that our return labels expire in 30 days. Once a return label has expired we will not submit a new label and you will be responsible to ship us the damaged item for a refund at your cost.

SIZING:

We strive to provide you with accurate sizing detail. We are a re-seller of many brands and do not manufacturer clothing ourselves. This poses a challenge for us because each manufacture chooses their own sizing and fit models. Please note that the general sizing guide is not 100% accurate. Our customers’ satisfaction is very important to us, therefore we provide you with our models’ specs and the size of the garment the model is wearing in addition to the general sizing charts. You can find the Modal Specs within the description of the item. If for any reason your purchase is not a great fit or you are unhappy with your purchase you have 15 days to return the item for a refund of your product excluding any shipping fees.

REFUNDS ON NON-ACTIVE CARDS:

All refunds must be issued into the original card that was used at the time of purchase.

In the event a refund was issued to a non-active card, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain the funds from the card issuer.

If you do not want your refund to be be issued to the card at the time of purchase, you can request online-store credit.

PLEASE NOTE:

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card

statement.
